Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter and sugars together in a KitchenAid.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix.
Add flour, soda, and salt. Mix.
Add chocolate chips until you have enough :) Mix on lowest setting while you pour them in.
Using cookie scooper, scoop out cookies and place on silicone mat. 3 x 5.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F
Cool slightly on the pan, and then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Measure chocolate chips with your heart. Ovens differ, so check your cookies. For a crispier cookie, let them sit on the pan longer; for softer cookies, remove to a cooling rack quickly.
